Marshall training day at Teretonga

The annual Southland Sports Car Club marshall training day was held at Teretonga Park, Invercargill on Sunday 23 August.

Thirty-three marshalls attended the day with fire training one of the major topics covered this year.

Motorsport NZ Board Member Nick Hamlin was in attendance and spoke with the marshalls on various matters.

The club is keen to hear from anyone who may be interested in volunteering to assist at events at Teretonga Park. Contact can be made with the Teretonga Park Office – 03 213 0522 - during business hours

The first motor race meeting scheduled for the 2020/2021 season at Teretonga Park is the annual Carter’s Tyre Service South Island Endurance Series round on Saturday 12 September.
